Delivering for Carmarthenshire: Parc Pendre Progressing at Pace

There’s a real sense of momentum building in Kidwelly, where our Parc Pendre development is taking shape and moving steadily towards delivering much-needed homes for the local community. In partnership with Carmarthenshire County Council, Life Property Group is proud to be bringing forward 16 high-quality, affordable homes that will help meet local housing needs and support the area’s long-term growth.

Construction began earlier this year, and already the site is showing strong signs of progress. With Vaughan Construction appointed as principal contractor, the build is being carried out with care, precision and a clear commitment to quality. The development includes a mix of houses and apartments, designed to blend seamlessly into the surrounding area while offering modern, energy-efficient living spaces for future residents.

One of the key features of the project is the new footway being constructed along the southern edge of Parc Pendre. Built to adoptable standards, it will improve pedestrian access and connectivity for the wider community. Private parking bays are also being incorporated into the scheme, ensuring that the development is both practical and well-integrated.
