In partnership with our Housing Association Partner and Pentrechwyth Road Ltd, Life Property Group is undertaking a project for the demolition of existing structures and construction of 34 affordable residential dwellings and associated works at Pentrechwyth Road, Bonymaen, Swansea, SA1 7AB.

Kidwelly

Life Property have achieved planning permission to deliver 16 properties in partnership with Carmarthenshire County Council. 

Construction work started early 2025.

Hirwaun

Life Property have acquired this site at Bryngelli, Hirwaun close to where the new Zip World attraction is sited.

The site will comprise of 41 dwellings. A new planning application is being submitted shortly.

The development will comprise of a mixture of properties delivered with our housing association partner.

Near Tumble

Life Property Group has recently exchanged contracts on an attractive site at Cwmmawr, near Tumble.

This development will comprise of circa 20 properties.

Swansea

Life Property Group has recently secured land for the development of a new residential site in the popular area of Pontardulais in Swansea.

This development will see circa 30 units delivered for much needed housing in the area.

 

Carmarthen

Life Property are awaiting planning approval for a site of 35 dwellings in the village of Nantgaredig, Carmarthenshire.

The development comprises of a mixture of detached and semi detached properties in sizable private gardens.

Life Property has recently submitted a planning application for circa 17 dwellings in Garden Village, Gorseinon.

The development sits in a great location with easy access to the M4 and Gower peninsula.

Life Property are building up a submission with Neath Port Talbot Local Development Plan.
