Life Property Group has recently secured land for the development of a new residential site in the popular area of Pontardulais in Swansea.

This development will see circa 30 units delivered for much needed housing in the area.

Pontardulais is a community and town in Swansea. It is 10 miles Northwest of the City Centre.

A literal English translation of the name Pontarddulais is "Bridge on the Dulais", with Dulais meaning "black stream", probably due to its journey through coal measures.

It adjoins the village of Hendy in Carmarthenshire and has a population of just under 10,000 people.
